Crew Ride is a digital carpooling platform by ISHANOVA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. It helps verified people share available seats and journey costs on routes a private vehicle owner already plans to take. The owner drives; Crew Ride provides the platform.
Payment terms
Once Crew Ride is available, the app will show each ride’s payable total payable in Indian rupees (₹/INR) before checkout. The amount varies by ride, so a fixed fare cannot be listed for every route. The full displayed amount is due before taking the journey; there are no separate deposits or instalments for a seat.
A payment must be successfully verified before a seat is treated as paid. Members can review payment and refund records in the app. See our cost-sharing page for the purpose behind the price and our terms for member responsibilities.
How the service is delivered
The digital service lets a member discover a suitable ride, request an available seat, communicate about it, and make a payment when applicable. Ride details in the app show the planned route, pickup, and departure. The physical journey, if it proceeds, takes place at the scheduled time with the member offering the seat.
Crew Ride is coming soon. This website does not accept ride bookings or payments.
Shipping and returns
Crew Ride does not sell or ship physical goods. There is no shipping charge, physical delivery window, product return, or replacement process for a ride. If a ride is cancelled or a payment needs to be reversed, the cancellation and refund policy explains the available options.
